Cooperative Solutions to the Housing Crisis

We believe that permanently affordable, cooperative housing models are key to combatting the housing crisis in the Bay Area and beyond. These models include community land trusts, limited equity housing cooperatives, real estate investment cooperatives, and permanent real estate cooperatives. Below are slides and a handout from a presentation on this topic given by Sustainable Economies Law Center and East Bay Community Law Center on May 15, 2017.
